Pul'd have created a re-engineered take on the classic Hog Roast, offering numerous meats and seasonings, cooked on the same theatrical centerpiece and served within the same sitting.
We want to give your guests something to talk about! At Pul'd we prepare our meats using a 3 day marinade and cook process, then finish over hot charcoal to ensure that we create that 'wow' effect. (We would tell you how we do it, but then we'd have to...you know the rest)
Personalise your event, take your pick of meats and seasonings from our Menu.
We turn up, serve it up on a brioche bun with pickled red cabbage and you're away. Sides and extras are also available, along side our vegan and kids' selection. If you want cake, we'll bring cake.
Pul'd very much operate with 'Street Food' style. We cook live and invite your guests up to get involved. We can provide a gazebo and serving area for outdoor events, otherwise, we can operate from your venue's existing facilities.
